Return & Refund Policy

At Yebofashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the return address.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of preference or dissatisfaction:

  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • We will provide return shipping instructions at no additional cost

Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same item due to a defect or damage, please contact us at jenny@yeboooo.com.

For all other situations, the fastest option is to:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval)

  2. Place a new order separately once the return is accepted

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.

Non-Returnable Items

A return request may be refused if:

  • The item shows clear signs of use or wear

  • The item is not returned in its original packaging

  • The return request is made after 30 days from delivery

  • The product is returned without prior return authorization
