Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Non-defective returns (change of mind / dissatisfaction):

    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Defective or damaged items:

    If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, return shipping instructions will be provided at no additional cost

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same item due to a defect or damage, please contact us at jenny@yeboooo.com.

For all other situations, the fastest option is to:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval)

  2. Place a new order separately once the return is accepted

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused if:

  • The item shows signs of use or wear

  • The item is not in its original packaging

  • The return request is made after 30 days from delivery
